Squeeze a slice of lemon and add to a glass, add passion fruit liqueur, add sake, and add lychee puree. Add ice and mix thoroughly. Strain into a martini glass ad add cayenne pepper to taste.
There is no way of avoiding calling this a girly drink… This drink came to us by the way of Yellowtail Restaurant in the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas.
