The Irish Tea Party sets a new standard in mixing different types of alcohol with whiskey and absinthe… This drink is good during the summer or for an alternative to St. Patricks day. Be careful this will sneak up on you! Ingredients list below:

Alcoholic:

Ingredients:

  • 4 parts Sweetened Green Tea
  • 1 part Jameson’s Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 part Pernod Absinthe

    • Instructions:

    Take a standard rocks glass pour in the absinthe and coat the entire glass with it. Add ice and pour the Jameson’s over it. Add green tea and drink!
